How do I pause or reactivate my delivery service?

 

Step 1: Select Sign In/Sign Up from the main menu.

 

 

Step 2: Login with your username or email address and your password.

 

 

Step 3: Click Subscriptions (or My Subscription) in the sidebar.

 

 

Step 4: Click View to see subscriptions status.

 

 

Step 5: From this screen you can change the status of your subscription. If you’d like to pause your deliveries, click Suspend.

 

 

Step 6: When you are ready to resume your deliveries, follow the above instructions and select Reactivate.
