Q: How does billing work?
A: Subscriptions are on-going. Members are billed on Mondays for the coming week.
Q: Can we skip a week if we’re out of town?
A: You can pause your membership by logging into your account and suspending your delivery. Or if easier, you can email email@example.com if you would like to skip a week. All pauses or cancellations must occur on Sunday for the coming week. If you are out of town, you can also gift your delivery to a friend. Just email us.
Q: What about food allergies?
A: All of our ingredients are packaged in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soy. Because of this, we don’t recommend ordering Mealtime Market if you have a severe food allergy.
Q: What is the weekly $3 fee for?
A: This fee helps pay for gas for delivery. It also helps us buy and maintain the cooler bags, freezer packs, and reusable to-go containers.
Q: What kind of meat do you use for your Omnivore meal plan?
A: We do not cook with seafood or shellfish. You can expect a combination of chicken, pork, or beef, locally sourced when feasible.
