Meal 1: Grilled chicken and summer vegetable sandwich with lemon basil aioli on a Walla Walla Bread Company brioche bun. Served with marinated cucumber and sweet onion salad.

Meal 2: Smoky grass-fed beef tacos with grilled summer squash. Garnished with scallions, cilantro, and lime. Served with blistered cherry tomatoes with green and yellow beans, and dressed with almond pesto.

Salad: New potato and frisée salad with Champagne, mustard seed, and tarragon vinaigrette.
