Meal 1: Smoked whole chicken sliders with pickled cucumber and red onion. Drizzled with white bbq sauce and served on bite sized buns. Paired with an olive, cherry tomato, basil and Italian dressing pasta salad.

Meal 2: Braised beef tacos with soft corn tortillas, salsa fresca, cilantro, and cotija cheese. Served with Spanish rice and savory pinto beans.

Salad: Red leaf lettuce salad with apple, dried cranberries, walnut, and gorgonzola cheese. Paired with an apple cider vinaigrette.
