Meal 1: Roast chicken breast with an herbed white wine pan sauce. Served over roasted yellow sun carrots, ozette potatoes, and sweet onions.

Meal 2: Grilled carne asada with corn tortillas, salsa fresca, and avocado. Garnished with lime and cilantro. Served with smoky black beans.

Salad: butterhead lettuce salad with sweet peppers and cherry tomatoes. Served with a homemade buttermilk ranch dressing.
