Meal 1: Grilled tri-tip thinly sliced with a peppercorn steak sauce. Served with home fries and almond shallot green beans.

Meal 2: Green chile chicken stew with hatch green chiles, Yukon gold potato and sweet corn. Garnished with cilantro and lime wedges. Served with chips and salsa roja.

Salad: Classic iceberg lettuce salad with crispy bacon, sliced cherry tomatoes, green onion, and house made blue cheese dressing.
