Meal 1: Smoked baby back ribs with a homemade whisky BBQ sauce. Served with maple syrup mashed sweet potatoes and a crunchy citrus slaw.

Meal 2: Glazed Asian chicken thighs with stir fried winter squash, sweet peppers, and carrots. Served with brown rice and garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Salad: Mixed green salad with a curry ginger dressing, chickpeas, shaved carrots, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
