Meal 1: Bean and vegetable chili garnished with grated cheddar cheese, green onion, and sour cream. Served with cornbread, butter and honey.

Meal 2: Vegetable fried rice with local fresh eggs, diced carrots, broccoli florets, peas, ginger, garlic, and finely sliced scallion. Garnished with cilantro and sriracha.

Salad: Mixed green salad with local pears, spiced candied pecans, goat cheese, and a champagne vinaigrette.
