Meal 1: Roast vegetable lasagna with tomato sauce, honeynut squash, leeks, fennel, sage, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses.

Meal 2: Vegetable stir fry with broccoli, mushroom, bell peppers, carrots, celery, and a honey-garlic sauce. Served with white rice and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.

Salad: Thai carrot and kale salad with curried cashews, red onion, cilantro, and lime-peanut dressing.
