Meal 1: Miso braised beef with mushrooms and sliced chilis. Served with creamy mashed potato and garlic greens beans.

Meal 2: Lemon rosemary roast chicken with braised turnips tossed in a Spanish salsa verde.

Salad: Mixed green salad with roasted peppers, grated Grana Padano cheese, olives, and a smoked tomato vinaigrette.
