Meal 1: Beef stroganoff in a mushroom cream sauce over pasta. Served with a fresh side salad.

Meal 2: Smokey chicken tacos with corn tortillas, roasted salsa, cilantro, and lime. Served with spanish rice and pinto beans.

Salad: Roasted beet and apple salad with candied nuts and an apple cider vinaigrette.
