Meal 1: Carne asada tacos with fire roasted salsa, avocado, Mexican crema, cilantro, and lime. Served with Spanish rice and smoky pinto beans.

Meal 2: Crispy chicken sandwich with butter lettuce, pickled veggie relish, and a Cajun aioli on brioche buns. Served with garlicy baked potato wedges.

Salad: Caesar salad with crunchy romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic croutons, Caesar dressing (with anchovy) and a lemon wedge.
