Meal 1: Irish vegetable stew with carrots, celery, onion, turnip, lentils, Yukon gold potato, and a splash of Guinness. Served with soda bread and herb butter.

Meal 2: Chickpea paprikash over buttered egg noodles and served with a sautéed green beans. Garnished with sour cream and parsley.

Salad: Butter lettuce salad with our house ranch dressing, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cherry tomato, and crunchy garlic croutons.
