Meal 1: BBQ veggie sliders with dinner rolls and a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce. Served with a honey mustard coleslaw.

Meal 2: Grilled tofu satay with a spicy coconut-peanut sauce. Served with steamed white rice and a cucumber, onion and cilantro salad. Garnished with lime wedges.

Salad: Mixed greens salad with sliced bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, corn, and a tomato-basil vinaigrette.
