Meal 2: Grilled marinated flank steak with romesco sauce. Served with grilled corn on the cob and garnished with green onion and Parmesan.

Salad: Whole grain summer salad with wheat berries, oak leaf lettuce, crumbled feta, fresh basil, mixed olives, pepperoncini peppers, and cherry tomatoes.
