Meal 1: Vegetarian bolognese sauce with pappardelle noodles and grated Parmesan. Served with summer squash and cherry tomato ragu. Garnished with fresh basil.

Meal 2: Grilled vegetable skewers with agave-chipotle BBQ sauce. Served with sautéed asparagus, sweet corn, bell peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Garnished with cilantro.

Salad: Mixed green salad with avocado, red onion, hard boiled egg, shredded carrot, and a vegetarian green goddess dressing.
