Meal 1: Beef brisket tacos with corn tortillas and a spicy fire roasted salsa. Served with a mixed veggie salad of grilled corn, black beans, pepitas, pickled jalapeno, shredded cabbage, and cilantro.

Meal 2: Grilled chicken skewers with house bbq sauce. Grilled vegetable salad with bell peppers, sweet onions, summer squash, and eggplant.

Salad: Raspberry and butter lettuce salad with walnuts, fresh raspberries, crumbled feta, and a raspberry vinaigrette.
