Meal 1: Tender stir-fried beef and broccoli with steamed jasmine rice. Garnished with scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

Meal 2: Thai barbecue chicken pizza on flatbread with mozzarella cheese, tomatillo salsa, peanuts, and cilantro. Served with a tangy cucumber and carrot salad.

Salad: Roasted beet and mixed green salad with toasted hazelnuts, goat cheese and a citrus-tarragon vinaigrette.
