Meal 1: Jambalaya with chicken, andouille sausage, peppers, crushed tomato, sweet onion, garlic, and rice. Served with a corn, red onion, and carrot salad. Garnished with parsley and sliced scallion.

Meal 2: Smothered pork loin marsala with oyster mushrooms. Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed kale. Garnished with parsley.

Salad: Butter leaf lettuce salad with shredded carrot, chopped cabbage, cherry tomato, house-made crunchy croutons, and a buttermilk ranch dressing.
