Meal 1: Roast chicken pieces with a pickled pepper and cucumber-lime dipping sauce. Served with stir fried red bok choy, shiitake mushroom, and garlic. Garnished with peanuts.

Meal 2: Thinly sliced beef and broccoli with a black bean stir-fry sauce. Served with garlic scented white rice. Garnished with cilantro.

Salad: Hayshaker Farm “Wild & Fancy” salad mix with a sesame-ginger vinaigrette, shaved carrot, and toasted almonds.
