Meal 2: Grilled chicken teriyaki. Served with Hayshaker Farm braising greens, stir-fry sauce, and white rice Garnished with sesame seeds and green onion.

Salad: Roasted carrot and radicchio salad with pistachios and a Mediterranean dressing.
