Meal 1: Pork chops with an orange-sweet chili sauce. Served with caramelized shallot rice and sautéed bell peppers, asparagus & snap peas.

Meal 2: Coq au vin with carrot, mushroom, onion, and bacon. Served with boiled potatoes and a garlic crostini.

Salad: Mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, candied almonds, and our house-made ranch dressing.
