Meal 2: Grilled vegetable bruschetta with eggplant, cherry tomato, chopped olive, and Parmesan cheese. Garnished with fresh basil.
Salad: Mixed green salad with cherry tomatoes, shredded carrot, candied almonds, and our house-made ranch dressing.
