Meal 1: Beef tostadas with refried merlot beans, avocado, shredded lettuce, and pickled red onion. Garnished with Mexican crema and cilantro.

Meal 2: Lemon herb chicken with olives, peppers, zucchini, and potato. Served in its own pan sauce and garnished with parsley.

Salad: Farmhouse salad with red leaf lettuce, shredded carrot, purple cabbage, cucumber, cherry tomato, and buttermilk ranch dressing.
