Meal 1: Tofu tonkatsu, breaded tofu with a savory tonkatsu sauce. Garnished with thinly sliced scallion and served with white rice and a cabbage-carrot salad with a miso-lime dressing.

Meal 2: Grilled portabella mushroom with a cilantro cream sauce. Served with a vegetable couscous with mushroom, bell pepper, and Italian zucchini. Garnished with lime.

Salad: Mixed green and radicchio salad with a roasted ginger-shallot dressing, toasted peanuts, and sliced cucumber.
