Meal 1: Coffee marinated tri-tip roast thinly sliced and served with chimichurri sauce. Served with butter roasted carrot and potatoes.

Meal 2: Brazilian chicken with chopped tomato, ginger, garlic, and peppers in a coconut sauce. Served over long grain white rice. Garnished with cashews.

Salad: Charred onion and romaine salad with roasted beets, almonds, pecorino cheese, and a sherry vinaigrette.
