Meal 1: Ginger-honey chicken wings with peanuts, cilantro, and lime wedges. Baby arugula salad with sliced cucumber, carrot, celery, and sweet chili lime dressing.

Meal 2. Local black bean and ham soup with sour cream, avocado, and cilantro. Served with cornbread.

Salad: Bibb lettuce salad with grilled red onion, roasted pumpkin seeds, and a smokey tomato vinaigrette.
