Meal 1: Pappardelle noodles tossed with our house marinara sauce, asparagus, and squash. Garnished with fresh basil and ricotta cheese.

Meal 2: Veggie rice bowl with brown basmati rice, coconut curry sauce, roasted onion, avocado, snap peas, carrot, chickpeas, and curried cashews.

Salad: Mixed green salad with olives, red onion, grated Parmesan, marinated red peppers, and a balsamic vinaigrette.
