Meal 1: Al pastor tacos with grilled adobada pork, pineapple, Walla Walla sweet onions, and corn tortillas. Served with chili and cotija cheese rubbed corn on the cob.

Meal 2: Fried chicken with a sweet chili-lime sauce. Served with spicy pickled cucumbers, white rice, and garnished with a cilantro and basil herb salad.

Salad: Wild & Fancy salad mix from Hayshaker Farm with marinated cherry tomatoes, sliced radish, red onion, and a buttermilk ranch dressing.
