Meal 1: Smoky jack cheese and kale quesadillas on flour tortillas. Served with fresh guacamole and clove-scented black beans. Garnished with cilantro and lime.

Meal 2: Grilled mushrooms and summer relish with corn, peppers, tomato, and sweet onion. Drizzled with balsamic steak sauce. Served with garlic mashed potatoes. Garnished with fresh basil.

Salad: Mixed green salad with a local cannonball melon wedge, feta cheese and a citrus-honey vinaigrette.
