Meal 1: Beef lasagna rolls with summer squash, caramelized sweet onion, and house tomato sauce. Side salad with Parmesan dressing, dried cranberries, and glazed cashews.

Meal 2: Creamy chicken Marsala with mushrooms and shallot. Served with roasted garlic smashed Yukon gold potatoes.

Salad: Tabouli salad with bulgur wheat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, green onion, parsley, and mint. Lemon-garlic dressing served on the side.
