Meal 1: Smoked pulled pork sandwich on a kaiser roll with spicy house-made pickled cucumbers and sweet onions and a tangy citrus coleslaw.

Meal 2: Grilled chicken with green olives and a lemon-thyme vinaigrette. Served with sautéed summer vegetables and buttered farfalle noodles.

Salad: Roasted potato and frisée salad with sliced radish, rosé sweet onions, candied pecans, a tarragon crème fraîche salad dressing.
