Meal 1: Spaghetti and meatballs made with pork and beef. Served with garlic bread and sautéed kale ripini. Garnished with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.

Meal 2: Seared chicken with a garlic “fines herbes” sauce. Served with smashed Yukon potato and sautéed lemon and Parmesan asparagus.

Salad: Mediterranean chopped salad with romaine, arugula, radicchio, cucumber, cherry tomato, garbanzo beans, kalamata olives, and a creamy oregano vinaigrette.
