Meal 1: Chicken marsala with a mushroom medley and marsala wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and sautéed collard rapini, yellow peppers and garlic.

Meal 2: Creamy butter beans and ham soup. Served with cornbread muffins, butter, honey, and Louisiana hot sauce.

Salad: Fusilli pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, cucumber, spinach, and a red wine vinaigrette.
