Meal 1: Vegetable stuffed pastry with carrot, sweet potato, collard rapini, bell pepper, garlic and a wild mushroom marsala wine sauce. Served with mashed potatoes.

Meal 2: Creamy butter beans and smoked tomato soup. Served with cornbread muffins, butter, honey, and Louisiana hot sauce.

Salad: Fusilli pasta salad with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, cucumber, spinach, and a red wine vinaigrette.
