Chris and Kristy Capps live in Walla Walla with their two school-aged children. They have lived and worked in Walla Walla since 2011. Chris is a chef and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY.
He worked in marketing and software for 6 years before taking the plunge into small business ownership. Kristy is a registered nurse who works at St. Mary’s. She has multiple degrees including one from the Walla Walla Community College. She has worked in healthcare for more than 15 years.

We are passionate about where our food comes from. Do you feel the same way?
The idea behind Mealtime Market is figuring out a way to marry good food and convenience. With the internet, you don’t even need a restaurant anymore.
The Walla Walla Valley is home to some amazing farms. All we’re doing is sharing the dishes we like to eat and using ingredients from local farms. It’s that simple.
We also want to keep our green spaces happy, that’s why we sought out the best reusable containers we could find.
